Litigation Lawyer 4-6 PQE (Gold Coast)

About the role

A national litigation practice on the Gold Coast is looking for a litigation lawyer with 4-6 years of PQE. The role covers complex commercial disputes with real file ownership, strong mentoring and a clear pathway into senior roles, with hybrid flexibility. It sits within a team that combines technical quality with a people-focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Work across contractual and commercial disputes, Corporations Act and shareholder disputes, competition and consumer law claims, regulatory matters, insolvency and restructuring litigation, and property, leasing and construction disputes.
• Handle end-to-end litigation work including pleadings, evidence, advices, briefing counsel, strategy development, interlocutory applications, settlement negotiations and mediations.

Required profile

• Around 4-6 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution from private practice.
• Strong commercial litigation experience and confidence managing matters at your level.
• Genuine interest in a long-term disputes career.

Required skills

• Strong drafting and advisory skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and good client instincts.
• Collaborative approach.
