Litigation Coordinator

About the role

The Litigation Coordinator provides expert advice and coordination for Crown Law staff and external clients, ensuring that service requirements and court processes are managed efficiently and in compliance with statutory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate acceptance of service requirements and client standing arrangements within Crown Law.
• Manage and process originating material served on the State of Queensland.
• Ensure compliance with court requirements and client Service Level Agreements.
• Maintain adherence to departmental and Crown Law procedures and policies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in legal or litigation coordination within a government or large‑law environment.
• Strong understanding of Queensland court processes and service of documents.
• Ability to interpret and apply Service Level Agreements and procedural policies.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
