Liquor Team Member - BWS Wyndradyne (Bathurst)

About the role

BWS, part of Endeavour Group, is hiring a Liquor Team Member for its Wyndradyne store in Bathurst, NSW. This is a casual position. BWS has over 1,450 stores across Australia and is looking for spirited people who will engage customers, look after stock and uphold alcohol service guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and share your passion for the products
• Promote BWS loyalty programmes and their benefits
• Keep shelves stocked so customers have the best choices
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

Required profile

• Confident, authentic communication with customers
• Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in learning product knowledge
• Availability to increase daily steps
