Liquor Team Member - BWS Kambalda

About the role

BWS, part of the Endeavour Group, is hiring a Liquor Team Member for its Kambalda store. The role suits spirited people who want to engage with customers, look after stock and uphold alcohol service guidelines. It is a casual position.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers by sharing your passion for the products and creating memorable moments
• Promote BWS loyalty programmes and their benefits and product offerings
• Keep shelves stocked so customers have the best choices
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates
• Uphold service of alcohol guidelines

Required profile

• Confident, authentic communication with customers
• Good availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Genuine interest in expanding product knowledge
• Availability to increase daily steps and to grow into future roles
