Lifestyle Coordinator - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health South Morang, an aged care home situated around a lake with gardens, is looking for an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. The role helps create a home residents love by delivering care of the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
• Create programs that give residents social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment
• Coordinate group activities inside and outside the home
• Set lifestyle goals for residents and run programs to help them achieve them
• Work closely with the wider support team to meet residents' needs

Required profile

• A passion for building genuine relationships and seeing residents enjoy themselves
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent)
• Standard driver's licence
