Lifestyle Assistant - Aged Care

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a Lifestyle Assistant for a permanent part-time position in Bexley, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The role delivers engaging, fun and varied activities so residents have their best day every day, while also giving personal care and emotional support so they feel valued, safe and connected.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities that keep residents motivated and happy
• Give personal care and emotional support to residents
• Learn each resident's personal interests and find activities that suit them
• Help residents maintain strong social connections within the home

Required profile

• Passion for aged care and enriching the lives of older Australians
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a warm, welcoming approach
• Passion for building genuine relationships
