Level 2 Service Desk & Onsite Engineer

About the role

blueAPACHE is seeking a Level 2 Service Desk & Onsite Engineer to join its busy Service Centre Team in Sydney. The role combines L2 onsite engineering work across Metro and Regional NSW with helpdesk support when not on site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 field services and onsite support for customer sites within NSW.
• Deliver helpdesk and support tasks from the Sydney office.
• Manage tickets using the company ticket management system.
• Travel between customer locations as required, using own transport.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a Service Desk or Field Services role.
• Previous MSP experience with strong customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver’s licence.
• IT degree or diploma.

Required skills

• Networking technologies: routers, switches, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Radius, VPN.
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Ticket management system usage.
• Onsite field services experience.
