Level 1 Service Desk Analyst

About the role

Join a growing Managed Services Provider as a Level 1 Service Desk Analyst, supporting a diverse client base across healthcare, research, education and construction. This role is ideal for candidates with 1‑2 years of IT support experience who enjoy problem solving and building technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support to a broad range of clients, both remotely and onsite.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft technologies, user issues, hardware, software, printer and connectivity problems.
• Manage service desk tickets, monitor alerts and assist with cybersecurity activities.
• Support Intune and Microsoft environments, perform break‑fix tasks and participate in an on‑call roster for critical outages.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role.
• Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider environment is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Current driver’s licence and ability to travel to client sites when required.
