About the role

Crown Resorts is looking for a fixed-term part-time Leisure Supervisor for its Crown Metropol poolside area in Perth. The role suits someone with outstanding customer service and a passion for keeping guests safe around leisure facilities, providing joyful experiences through genuine care for guests.

Key responsibilities

Plan, organise, schedule and allocate the tasks and activities of the team
Help implement, develop and maintain operational procedures, standards and goals
Provide operational support and demonstrate leadership to team members
Carry out consistent lifeguard duties in the Crown Metropol pool areas
Ensure guests are safe at all times around the leisure facilities

Required profile

A passion for hospitality and customer service
Excellent time management skills
Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
First Aid and Resuscitation qualification
Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
