About the role
Crown Resorts is looking for a part-time Leisure Supervisor for its Crown Metropol poolside area in Burswood, Perth. The role suits someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for keeping guests safe around leisure facilities. It is a fixed-term position.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise, schedule and allocate the tasks and activities of the team
- Help implement, develop and maintain operational procedures, standards and goals
- Provide operational support and demonstrate leadership to team members
- Provide consistent lifeguard duties in the Crown Metropol pool areas
- Make sure guests stay safe at all times around the leisure facilities
Required profile
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Required skills
- RLSSWA Pool Lifeguard Qualification
- First Aid and Resuscitation qualification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
