About the role
Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead one of Perth's busiest kitchen operations. You will own a dynamic bistro and brewery environment where speed, consistency and quality are paramount.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day kitchen operations in a high‑volume bistro and brewery setting.
- Drive food quality, consistency and service standards during peak trading periods.
- Coach, mentor and develop Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties, Commis Chefs and Cooks.
- Manage labour, rostering, food costs, ordering and overall operational performance.
- Collaborate with venue leadership to maximise guest satisfaction and business results.
- Contribute to menu development, innovation and seasonal offerings.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a busy hospitality operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire and develop high‑performing teams.
- Experience in American‑style BBQ and smoking techniques is highly regarded.
- Background in a busy bistro, brewery or high‑volume restaurant environment.
- Trade‑qualified Chef with a completed apprenticeship or relevant culinary qualification.
