About the role
Fantastic new role for an ambitious commercial lawyer looking to progress their career in a fast‑growing dynamic company. You will work with an experienced General Counsel advising on a range of matters.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Provide corporate advisory and transactional support.
- Handle governance, regulatory and privacy matters.
- Manage disputes and related legal issues.
Required profile
- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
- Background from a major law firm, with possible in‑house or secondment experience.
- Strong communicator with a commercial mindset.
