Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Support clients on compliance, governance, and risk management matters.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored legal solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑admission experience.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in commercial law.
• Background in either an in‑house legal department or private practice.
