Legacy Applications Developer (Classic ASP)

About the role

Centorrino Technologies is seeking a Legacy Applications Developer to join its Staff Augmentation team in Australia. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and enhancing internally‑developed web applications built with Classic ASP and related Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance in‑house web applications developed in Classic ASP.
• Support and administer integrations with the Visual Files case‑management/document‑management system.
• Develop and modify front‑end website functionality, forms, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.
• Perform system testing, bug fixes, and application upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and system architecture records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Ensure security, performance, and availability of legacy applications.
• Provide ad‑hoc technical support and advice regarding Visual Files and related systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Classic ASP (VBScript).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front‑end web development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Background in supporting legacy web applications.
• Understanding of IIS administration.
• Experience with Visual Files or similar legal/case management systems (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
