Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will design, develop and deliver engaging learning solutions for Lendi Group’s diverse teams. Reporting to the Learning & Capability Delivery Team Lead, you will help raise capability across operations, product, customer and distribution functions while ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand learning needs and co‑create solutions.
• Design, develop and facilitate virtual and face‑to‑face programs, including session plans, eLearning modules, videos, assessments and supporting materials.
• Tailor learning experiences to business priorities and real‑world challenges, ensuring content is practical and outcome‑focused.
• Use learning systems and data to track impact, refine effectiveness and continuously improve the learner experience.
• Support mandatory, compliance and risk‑based training, keeping materials accurate, current and audit‑ready.
• Apply creative approaches such as microlearning, gamification, video and emerging technologies to boost engagement and retention.
