Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

Victaulic is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join the ANZ HR team. This is the first dedicated L&D resource for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, responsible for shaping learning programs that develop leadership, professional, technical and commercial capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and facilitate learning programs across various capability areas.
• Deliver engaging workshops both in‑person and virtually.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and create development solutions.
• Facilitate leadership development and support managers in coaching skills.
• Develop career pathways, mentoring initiatives and knowledge‑sharing programs.
• Improve employee experience through onboarding and early‑career initiatives.
• Manage end‑to‑end learning programs, including measurement and reporting.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on broader talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or similar HR role.
• Proven track record designing and delivering corporate learning programs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Project management experience with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce, including operational and frontline teams.
• Willingness to travel within Australia and occasionally Southeast Asia.
