People and Culture Partner

About the role

You will report to the Head of People & Culture and partner with leaders across Shared Services functions at our Brisbane head office. The role blends strategic thinking with practical HR expertise to drive engagement, performance and talent outcomes while aligning local priorities with the national people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver practical people solutions aligned with business priorities and the people strategy.
• Coach leaders on performance, talent, recruitment, remuneration, development, workforce matters and organisational change.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance improvement and formal outcomes.
• Lead the annual people cycle for Shared Services, covering objectives, development, remuneration, engagement insights and action planning.
• Lead People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as organisational design, HRIS implementation and leadership development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a People & Culture Business Partner, ideally supporting diverse Shared Services functions.
• Strong capability in complex employee relations, investigations and change management.
• Demonstrated success delivering strategic people initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Confident influencing and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and strong project management and organisational skills are preferred.
