About the role
Join DHL Express as a Lead Qualifier, where you will generate new business opportunities through outbound telephone calls. This full‑time, permanent position offers a clear career path from qualifying leads to sales and management roles.
Key responsibilities
- Qualify new and existing opportunities via outbound telephone calls.
- Achieve monthly lead and call targets.
- Participate in regular coaching, team‑building and motivational events.
Required profile
- A fun, energetic, can‑do attitude.
- Highly motivated by achieving targets.
- Tenacity and confidence when chasing new business.
- Previous sales experience is welcome but not required, as training will be provided.
