Lead Product Manager - Insights

About the role

Eucalyptus, the parent company of Hims & Hers, is looking for a Lead Product Manager to own Insights, the core engine behind its high-touch, proactive patient support. You will build the personalised health layer that turns each patient's data into visible progress and actionable insight, and set the vision and strategy for Insights across Juniper and its brands. You will be accountable for engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap for Insights with the Chief Commercial Officer and Principal Product Manager, defining the direction and the bets to make
• Design experiences that drive engagement, habit formation and long-term retention, and take products from idea to launch across all markets
• Own engagement and retention metrics, using data and patient insight to connect product decisions to health outcomes and commercial impact
• Partner with design and clinicians to raise the standard of quality, so insights feel intuitive, trustworthy and distinctive
• Align clinicians, data, design and engineering, and work with senior stakeholders to unblock execution

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, professional services or a high-growth startup, or having founded your own startup
• Ability to break ambiguous problems down and build a focused strategy, with clear judgement on trade-offs
• Commercial and analytical rigour, measuring outcomes and interpreting quantitative and qualitative signals
• Strong product sense and empathy for what makes a product feel delightful and trustworthy
• Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of influencing without authority
