Group Product Manager

About the role

Eucalyptus (Hims & Hers) is the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. As a Group Product Manager you will lead one of its core consumer product areas, shaping how patients engage with their health journey across markets including Australia, the UK, Canada, Germany and Japan. You will own one or a combination of problem spaces such as medication management, behaviour change, progress tracking, community support, clinical engagement and multi-condition health journeys, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, clinical leadership, design, data science and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year strategy for your domain with the Chief Commercial Officer, defining the bets and the choices not to make.
• Take products from idea to measurable patient impact and ship them across all markets, owning delivery end-to-end.
• Connect product decisions to real health outcomes using data and user insight.
• Manage, coach and grow product managers on the Insights team, raise hiring standards and set craft standards.
• Be accountable for engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics at company OKR and P&L level, making prioritisation and trade-off calls with global stakeholders.
• Spot shifts in patient behaviour, market structure or regulation and turn them into inputs for company strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products that moved user and commercial outcomes.
• High-agency leader who breaks ambiguous problems down and builds a clear strategy.
• Commercial and analytical rigour, connecting product to P&L and measuring outcomes.
• Strong product sense and empathy for what users find intuitive, trustworthy and helpful.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to lead through uncertainty.
• Able to influence without authority and to build credibility across teams and leadership.
