An experienced Lead Business Analyst is sought in Melbourne to play a key role in a major enterprise transformation initiative. The role calls for proven leadership in business analysis, deep industry expertise and the ability to drive outcomes across complex stakeholder environments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading business analysis activities across large-scale, complex transformation programs, guiding teams and influencing strategic outcomes.
• Strong background in the utilities sector, ideally with significant exposure to electricity distribution, retail or broader energy industry operations.
• Demonstrated involvement in billing platform transformations, Customer Information System (CIS) implementations or other large-scale customer and revenue management initiatives.
• Proven track record supporting business readiness, operational transition planning, change implementation and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Experience collaborating across business units, technology teams, third-party vendors and systems integration partners.
