About the role
Fresh Catering, part of the Fresh Collective, is hiring Kitchen Stewards for its production kitchen in Redfern. The role is a casual position with ongoing weekday shifts, open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Perform basic kitchen duties as requested by the Chief Steward or Head Chef
- General washing up and deep cleaning
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment and kitchen surroundings
Required profile
- Prior kitchen experience with knowledge of food hygiene
- Responsible, hard-working and reliable, able to lift 10-15 kg comfortably
- Good communication skills and an eye for detail
- Valid working visa and availability to work weekdays

- Pay of $33.85 per hour, Monday to Friday, plus superannuation
