Kindergarten to Year 6 Teacher (Full-time/Part-time)

About the role

We are building a pool of qualified teachers for Kindergarten to Year 6 at Wellard Primary School. The positions may be permanent or fixed‑term and are available on both full‑time and part‑time bases for the 2027 school year.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate whole‑school programmes aligned with the school’s priorities and the Western Australian Curriculum.
• Use evidence‑based teaching practices and student data to inform instruction and assessment.
• Create inclusive, engaging and purposeful learning environments for all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues on High Impact Classroom Instruction and other school‑wide initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with students, families and the wider community.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a current registration to teach in Western Australia.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum and ability to design challenging, responsive learning experiences.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, resilience and inclusive practice.
• Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to contribute to shared school goals.
