Key Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Key Customer Success Manager will drive profitability, retention and growth for high‑value national and multinational customers, delivering best‑in‑market travel programs and leveraging Corporate Traveller technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and execute value‑added sales opportunities, ensure fee compliance and drive revenue growth across air, hotel, car, rail, insurance and VIP services.
• Conduct regular profit‑and‑loss reviews, optimise contracts with national, regional and global teams, and ensure delivery of agreed customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C‑suite stakeholders, communicate program innovations and influence change.
• Lead technical configuration, data analytics, and automated reporting to provide insights and ROI narratives.
• Manage key customer projects, develop customised business plans, and deliver quarterly innovation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in customer success or account management, preferably within travel, tourism or corporate TMC environments.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex B2B customers and articulate product value propositions.
• Strong relationship‑building skills across multiple organisational levels.
