Key Account Parts Manager

About the role
The Key Account Parts Manager will lead profitable parts growth across national fleet and major retail customers, focusing on genuine parts penetration, extended product range expansion and increasing parts share of wallet. This position can be based in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria or Western Australia and works closely with Volvo, Mack and UD dealer networks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own a parts growth plan for assigned key accounts using fleet data, spend patterns and market insights.
- Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline to improve customer retention and long‑term commercial value.
- Act as the specialist parts commercial lead in customer discussions, addressing pricing, penetration, supply support and commercial risks.
- Foster strong relationships with national fleet customers, major retail accounts, dealer stakeholders and internal teams to translate operating models into practical parts solutions.
- Collaborate with the National Fleet Services Manager and broader Commercial Crew to align parts actions with integrated service market solutions.
- Drive effective dealer execution of national parts agreements, commercial programs and account‑specific actions across Volvo, Mack and UD channels.
- Support implementation of customer arrangements such as Basket of Parts, volume‑based incentives and related commercial initiatives, ensuring pricing alignment and rebate control.
- Influence dealer and internal stakeholders to improve consistency, responsiveness and realised customer value throughout the parts customer journey.
Required profile
- Proven experience in parts sales and key‑account management within the transport or logistics sector.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable revenue growth and increase genuine parts penetration.
- Strong commercial leadership with a focus on data‑driven opportunity identification and risk mitigation.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills with national fleet customers, major retail accounts and dealer networks.
