About the role
CNW Burleigh is growing and seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to quote, problem‑solve, build relationships and support the team when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Support commercial, domestic & industrial customers.
- Manage quotes, orders and follow‑ups.
- Build genuine customer relationships through regular site visits and catch‑ups.
- Work closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional service.
Required profile
- Electrical wholesale experience.
- Strong product knowledge.
- Customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to thrive when things get busy.
- Team‑player attitude with willingness to mentor others.
