About the role

Join a market‑leading provider of technical solutions as a Key Account Manager, supporting high‑value clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and chemosafety sectors. You will own a strategic portfolio, drive growth, and influence client outcomes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across pharma, biotech, medical device and chemosafety industries.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams to deliver seamless service, manage pipeline opportunities and develop solution‑based proposals.
• Maintain accurate account data, track performance metrics and report on commercial outcomes.
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively manage risk and capitalize on opportunities to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proven experience managing complex B2B key accounts in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, manufacturing or chemosafety.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate compliance‑driven environments and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Strong track record of balancing account management with business development to achieve retention and growth.
• Exceptional relationship‑building and influencing skills with senior and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with a focus on identifying opportunities and delivering results.
