About the role
SASMAR, a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in personal care and fertility products, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its international team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners, driving revenue growth across more than 70 countries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to understand their needs.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to support company objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Analytical mindset for assessing market trends and customer data.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
