Junior to Mid-Weight Digital Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior to Mid‑Weight Digital Graphic Designer to join our South Geelong team. Working closely with the Digital Lead and the graphics team, you will help bring our fashion campaigns and product launches to life across our website and email channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update website graphics, including homepage and landing page visuals.
• Crop, optimise and upload imagery to keep the site fresh and engaging.
• Design and roll out EDM (email) campaigns for women’s, men’s and kids’ categories.
• Produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, ensuring proper formatting for web and email.
• Assist with organising and uploading imagery as needed.

Required profile

• Degree or higher qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong eye for fashion trends, style and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and collaborate with a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of typography, composition and design fundamentals.
