Junior Support Analyst

About the role

Join Agilitus as a Junior Support Analyst in Perth and help deliver high‑quality ICT services to end‑users. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a broad range of technologies while supporting the company’s growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level service to end‑users by triaging email requests and resolving issues where possible.
• Manage ICT requirements for onboarding and off‑boarding employees.
• Coordinate replacement of desktops and laptops.
• Contribute to and update the ICT Knowledge Base.
• Maintain asset registers and identify opportunities for system improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Efficient time‑management and task‑prioritisation.
• Accountable, reliable and proactive problem‑solver.
• Previous experience in a busy ICT support environment.

Required skills

• Experience with desktop and laptop hardware replacement.
• Familiarity with ICT knowledge‑base documentation.
• Ability to maintain asset registers.
