Project Manager – Enterprise Project Management Office

About the role

As a Project Manager within Capricorn’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will lead projects from initiation through to delivery and closure. You will work closely with sponsors, senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, time, cost and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define clear project scope, governance structures and controls.
• Manage time, cost, quality, risk, budgets, dependencies and delivery outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders through governance forums.
• Resolve issues proactively and ensure successful project closure.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience planning, leading and delivering complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams of five or more members.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen for managing budgets and forecasts.
• Understanding of information security, data governance and privacy requirements.

Required skills

• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent).
• Knowledge of SQL database technologies.
• Familiarity with organisational change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Proficiency with JIRA, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Project).
