Junior Sales Person - Real Estate

About the role

YPA Taylors Lakes is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sales Person to join its team. The role suits someone who is just starting out in real estate or wants to build on early experience. It involves generating leads, presenting properties to sellers and managing sales through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct property appraisals and presentations to potential sellers.
• Negotiate sales and manage the full sales process from listing to settlement.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• A current Agent's Representative certificate (required).
• Previous real estate experience is welcome but not essential.
• Current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
