Junior Sales Administrator (Temporary to Permanent)

About the role

A well-established and growing business based in Mount Gravatt, Queensland, is looking for a Junior Sales Administrator to join its team on a full-time temporary basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position. The role supports the sales team and keeps day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionally
• Manage customer email enquiries and respond in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Maintain and update customer information and records in internal systems
• Process customer orders and liaise with internal teams
• Prepare basic documentation and correspondence
• Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks

Required profile

• Friendly, professional and customer-focused
• Confident communicating by phone and email
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritise
• Team player with a proactive attitude and keen to learn
• Experience in administration, customer service or sales support preferred but not essential
