Junior Project Manager – Site Based (Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of multiple data centre infrastructure projects in Melbourne's West. You will work on‑site, assisting senior managers with scheduling, resource coordination and progress monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with project scheduling, resource planning and coordination across multiple sites.
• Monitor project progress against scope, budget and timelines, and report variances.
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
• Support commissioning, handover and close‑out activities for mission‑critical facilities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project coordination, project delivery or a similar role, preferably within data centre or MV (33 kV) environments.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to data centre, electrical infrastructure, construction or mission‑critical facilities.
