Junior Creative & Content Coordinator

About the role

Mad Mex is looking for a Junior Creative & Content Coordinator to bring its bold Mexican brand to life across social platforms and marketing assets. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, creating engaging, scroll‑stopping content that drives restaurant performance and supports franchise growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create social‑first ideas and short‑form photo/video content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta and Snapchat.
• Shoot and edit mobile‑first videos using tools such as CapCut.
• Write compelling captions, hooks and on‑screen text.
• Maintain an active social content calendar.
• Support food photography for digital menus and marketing.
• Design local area marketing materials (posters, flyers, signage, in‑restaurant assets).
• Assist the Graphic Design Manager with artwork updates, resizing and new creative requests.
• Prepare files for print and digital use across web, eDM, social and retail channels.
• Manage CRM assets including eDM templates, push notifications and SMS copy.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and organise design files.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable shooting and editing mobile content for social media.
• Passionate about trends, culture and new platforms.
• Team player who brings ideas and energy.
• Detail‑oriented and proud of quality execution.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator

• CapCut (or similar mobile video editing tools)
• Basic knowledge of print production and digital asset requirements
