Junior Consultant / Consultant – Generalist (Perth)

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is looking for motivated individuals to join its Perth office as Generalist Junior Consultants and Consultants. In this role you will support client teams across a variety of industries, helping to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants on client engagements, conducting research, analysis and problem‑solving.
• Develop presentations and recommendations that address client objectives.
• Participate in on‑site work at client locations, including international travel when required.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative strategies and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Strong academic background with a degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in management consulting and business strategy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in fast‑paced environments.
