Join Comstel ICT’s fast‑growing outbound sales team in North Sydney as a Junior Business Development Representative. This entry‑level position is designed for candidates who thrive on phone outreach, enjoy chasing targets, and want to build a career selling ICT and business technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business through outbound calls, emails and digital channels.
• Qualify leads, nurture relationships and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Engage business owners and decision‑makers to book meetings and product demos for senior sales staff.
• Support the preparation of proposals and solution documentation.
• Maintain activity records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales or call‑centre environments.
• Confident communicator with strong objection‑handling abilities.
• Competitive, resilient and target‑driven mindset.
• Interest in technology, telecommunications or ICT solutions.

Required skills

• CRM experience (preferred but not mandatory).
