Junior Art Director – Advertising

About the role

As a Junior Art Director in the Junior Creative Team, you will support the development, design and production of creative work across a range of brands. You will contribute to campaign concepts and help bring ideas to life across various client assets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop engaging, original concepts across digital, social, print, video and other platforms.
• Present creative ideas internally and to clients with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Work closely with strategists, account managers and production teams to ensure high‑standard execution.
• Adapt creative ideas for different media, channels and audience segments.
• Stay on top of trends, pop culture and emerging technologies to inspire innovative thinking.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to creative concepts and campaign ideas across multiple channels.
• Portfolio showing creative thinking, visual craft and relevant design/art direction work.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach within internal teams and client work.
• Good time‑management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create and adapt social and digital assets, including static imagery, simple video edits, banners and GIFs.
• Understanding of pre‑production and post‑production processes, image editing and retouching.
