About the role

O'Brien, part of Belron, a national leader in glazing, is looking for a motivated Junior Apprentice Glazier in Kewdale. The role offers hands-on experience, strong leadership support and structured training to become a skilled glazing professional, with ongoing coaching from an experienced team and a dedicated manager.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Glazing team across Kewdale and surrounding areas
• Install and replace building glass for homes and businesses
• Deliver high-quality, professional customer service
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Attend TAFE regularly to complete apprenticeship studies
• Occasionally work after hours when required

Required profile

• Proactive, reliable and enjoys working in a team
• Genuine interest in glazing across residential and commercial environments
• Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Customer-focused communicator with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable passing a full pre-employment medical
• Based in or near Kewdale
