IT Support Technician – Onsite (Gold Coast)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to provide on‑site assistance to home and business users across the Gold Coast. You will resolve issues ranging from email and internet setup to printer, Windows and macOS troubleshooting, hardware faults and data recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to client locations across Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, software, hardware, printer, network and email problems.
• Perform installations, upgrades, configurations and routine maintenance on Windows and macOS devices.
• Recover lost data and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
• Provide clear, friendly communication and guidance to end‑users.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on desktop troubleshooting experience (Australia or overseas).
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Own vehicle and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Based in Gold Coast with full Australian work rights.
• Self‑motivated, quick thinker with a go‑getter mindset.
