IT Support Specialist – SaaS (Hybrid, Sydney)

About the role

CreditorWatch is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join its growing IT team. The role is user‑focused, providing day‑to‑day technical assistance and ensuring a reliable technology experience for all employees across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests, delivering timely assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and SaaS issues.
• Support on‑site and remote office IT environments, including desks, meeting rooms, AV equipment, printers and networking.
• Set up, configure and maintain Apple/macOS devices and accessories via the MDM platform (Iru).
• Manage device and equipment lifecycle: procurement, deployment, asset tracking and recovery.
• Execute onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account setup, access provisioning and hardware retrieval.
• Administer core SaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence and Slack, handling user access and permissions.
• Maintain accurate records for assets, users and IT processes, and keep documentation up to date.
• Identify and propose improvements to support processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to support users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience in providing IT support for hardware, software and SaaS applications.

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Jira and Confluence administration.
• Slack administration.
