IT Support Officer – Melbourne

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our Melbourne office and become the first point of contact for over 600 employees. You will deliver day‑to‑day helpdesk support, ensuring that technology runs smoothly across the company’s iGaming brands.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage and resolve IT tickets via Jira, providing direct solutions or escalating when necessary.
• Set up new hires with laptops, monitors, peripherals and access rights on day one.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, Wi‑Fi, and meeting‑room equipment.
• Support both Windows and macOS users, handling software installations, updates and configuration issues.
• Assist teams in adopting new systems and tools, contributing to continuous improvement of the IT environment.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented, proactive and customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, growing tech company.
• Interest in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with macOS operating systems.
• Experience using Jira for ticket management.
