About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our team and ensure smooth operation of our technology environment. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and resolve incidents.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other devices.
- Support network access, email services, and system connectivity.
- Assist with basic IT security updates and system protection.
- Log, track, and document technical incidents.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain daily operations.
Required profile
- Passion for IT and computer systems.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking and internet systems.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to learn new IT tools and technologies.
