IT Support Officer – Frontline ICT Support

About the role

Join CatholicCare’s Corporate Services team as an IT Support Officer, providing first‑line ICT assistance to staff across multiple locations. You will be the initial point of contact, helping colleagues stay productive through reliable technology support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level ICT support via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Log, manage and resolve service requests and incidents.
• Deploy and configure laptops, mobile phones and other equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and core business systems.
• Process user account creations, modifications and access changes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Travel regularly to Illawarra, Macarthur and surrounding sites for onsite support and project activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Genuine interest in technology and helping people.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within defined processes.
• 1‑3 years experience in ICT support, service desk or related customer‑service roles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows devices.
• Current NSW driver licence and willingness to travel between locations.

What we offer

• Annual base salary of $80,000 – $85,795 (dependent on experience).
