IT Support Engineer

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will provide high‑quality technical support across applications and platforms for a large multinational enterprise. You will act as the escalation point for complex issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve system performance and automate repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems across Google Workspace, Windows, macOS and mobile environments.
• Design and implement automation solutions using PowerShell and Google Apps Script to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Manage escalations, conduct root‑cause investigations and recommend improvements to system reliability.
• Support enterprise application deployment, software distribution and endpoint management tools such as VMware Workspace ONE and Automox.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or support within a large enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, adapt to change and deliver high‑quality support in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• PowerShell and Google Apps Script for automation.
• Windows, macOS and mobile operating system support.
• Endpoint management tools such as VMware Workspace ONE, Automox and patch management technologies.
