About the role

This 2‑month contract (with possible extension) is for an IT Support Analyst to join a not‑for‑profit organisation in Melbourne South East. The role provides Level 1 service‑desk support both remotely and on‑site, assisting users with a range of devices and Microsoft technologies. You will be part of a collaborative IT team in a busy environment, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 1 customer service to users remotely and on‑site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, notebooks and mobile devices.
  • Record, update and track help‑desk incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of IT support experience.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant IT qualification or related field.
