IT Operations Technician

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented IT Operations Technician to deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance across TMGM. The role involves handling service requests and incident tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring users receive timely support in a fast‑paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and resolve incident and service request tickets in accordance with SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and standard business applications.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, Wi‑Fi and other office productivity tools.
• Assist with user onboarding and off‑boarding, including device setup, account creation and access removal.
• Perform basic MDM tasks such as device enrollment, compliance checks and policy application.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet access).
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs and ticket history.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolution notes and create simple user guides or knowledge‑base articles.
• Follow company IT security, data‑privacy and access‑control procedures.

• Ability to work independently while adhering to agreed SLA timelines.
• Good written communication skills for ticket documentation and knowledge sharing.
