IT Manager

About the role

As an IT Manager you will support a diverse range of teams – artists, designers, programmers, QA and administrative staff – ensuring their workstations, software and technology tools run reliably and efficiently. You will lead the IT Support Technicians team, plan and maintain studio IT infrastructure and deliver secure, effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach the local IT team, set expectations, evaluate performance and support professional growth.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues and oversee hardware/software inventories.
• Collaborate with HQ IT, Global Infrastructure and Information Security to enhance standardisation, efficiency and security.
• Install, deploy and licence software packages; use monitoring tools such as Grafana to monitor infrastructure health.
• Manage virtualization platforms, on‑premises infrastructure, core services and network operations.
• Report regularly to Studio Manager and HQ IT Manager and participate in after‑hours maintenance when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT leadership role, including managing or mentoring technical support teams.
• Strong organisational, troubleshooting and stakeholder‑management skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Required skills

• Windows Server and desktop environments.
• Networking, virtualization and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 technologies (Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Defender, Exchange Online).
• PowerShell scripting.
• Grafana monitoring.
• VMware or similar virtualization platforms.
