Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

This hands‑on Infrastructure Engineer position supports critical technology services and drives the next generation of infrastructure capabilities across a diverse landscape of Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, automation and enterprise services.

Key responsibilities

• Expand configuration management across Windows and Linux, replacing manual processes with automation.
• Build, test and implement automation that enables on‑demand infrastructure rebuilds.
• Consolidate automation into shared pipelines, engineering standards and Git‑based workflows.
• Coach teams in automation‑first practices and modern ways of working.
• Deliver secure, resilient infrastructure services aligned with hybrid cloud, compliance and business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven infrastructure engineering experience with a focus on automation‑first practices.
• Ability to set standards, build platform capability and guide teams through engineering changes.

Required skills

• IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef or PowerShell DSC.
• Hands‑on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced PowerShell and/or Python scripting for maintainable, reusable code.
