Inventory and Supply Planner – Strategic Network Capacity

About the role

As an Inventory and Supply Planner you will own the tactical execution of the Integrated Planning loop for assigned categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels while supporting efficient supply‑chain operations. Reporting to the Supply Planning Lead, you will act as the strategic gatekeeper for network capacity across all distribution centres and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage network capacity and SKU placement across DCs and 3PLs, balancing space constraints and shelf‑life requirements.
• Translate demand signals into time‑phased procurement requirements for Procurement Operations.
• Maintain real‑time net inventory visibility, flag shortages early and minimise waste.
• Support cross‑functional alignment with Procurement, Menu, Product, Culinary and Forecasting teams.
• Maintain and improve tactical bridge tools (Google Sheets) and test new planning solutions.

Required profile

• Organised approach to data management and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience managing network capacity, 3PLs and SKU routing across temperature zones.
• Strong communication skills to provide visibility across stakeholder teams.
• Experience in inventory management, procurement or supply‑chain functions with a focus on accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
